Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and accompanied by all accessories and original packaging. Products made to order or tailored based on the customer's preference cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Second: Cases where return or exchange is allowed Receiving a different product than ordered. Having a manufacturing defect or damage upon receipt. Error in size or color (provided the product has not been used). In case of damages or tears resulting from the stitching at Almasi Store, the customer has the right to request: Refund of the damaged stitching cost. Or a full product replacement, with Almasi Store bearing all replacement costs (including shipping). In the case of men's accessories: If a sample was attached with the order and the main product was opened, the customer cannot request a return or exchange.
